Synopsis
After his cat has died, Max keeps having a recurring dream- He dreams of a heartbroken girl named Ailin, who says she cannot sleep after her boyfriend died. He says he cannot sleep too after his cat died.  He tries to comfort her but only manages to exasperate her. Ailin says the most hurtful thing is her boyfriend abandoning her without a word. Did he still love her? Max bravely volunteers that he would find out for her. As they spend more time dream after dream, Max falls in love with her, yet Ailin seems afraid to commit again and flees.

Ailin's disappearance has thrown Max's life in chaos. On a business trip to Shanghai, Max chances upon Ailin's portrait at a photo studio. Can it be true that his dream girl does exist? The key lies in the subject in the picture, a town girl named Yiyi. As the search for his dream girl continues in the metropolitan, romance begins to brew between Max and the doppelganger.
